Firlaalin is a High Elf student who can be found in the Hall of Illumination of the Illumination Academy. She's seated on the upstairs landing, really enjoying her drink.

Dialogue

If you try to speak to her, she'll beckon you over. She'll then pause, belch, and laugh.

"Hey! You … yeah, you. The one with the fancy clothes. C'mere. I'll tell you a secret!
Ha! You should see the look on your face!"

After completing the quest, she'll be rather embarrassed:

"You didn't speak to me while whatever was happening was happening, did you? Gracious. I think I was … inebriated! Scandalous!
Look, this isn't even alcoholic!"
