Cartirinque will have you collecting the books around the island which she has termed dangerous. Once you have picked up the book, a vision of Miranya reading will appear.

Miranya: "At last! This book had best be worth the price."

A portal then opens behind her and she stands up to look at it.

Miranya: "What? What is that?"

A Watcher appears and glowing green lights surround it.

Miranya: "Wait! I only wanted to make something beautiful!"

She is killed by the Watcher and the vision ends.
