Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Read the Tip Board in the Thieves Den.
- Pickpocket a few entertainment goods, or a lot of any treasures, in the indicated zone.
- (Optional) Continue pickpocketing leisure items or any treasures in a second zone.
- (Optional) Continue pickpocketing leisure items or any treasures in a third zone.
- Return to Kari in the Thieves Den.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
A new listing has been posted on the Tip Board inside the Thieves Den, saying,
- "Some of the entertainers working our territory think they don't need to keep up their payments and need a reminder that they don't work without our say so. Having to buy their tools of the trade out of hock ought to make the point.
- Noted a few locations where the loud mouths hang around, but skimming from anyone should put a cramp in their business.
- Can fence the good yourself, Guildmaster only cares that these entertainers learn to leave the bad mouthing to their critics."
You are given a choice to pickpocket 3 of various entertainment goods in the assigned areas, or pickpocket 10 of any items you might find— pickpocketing entertainment goods does count for the general pickpocket objective. Killing and looting deceased citizens does not count, even if their corpse provides the same item drops. After completing pickpocketing in the first zone, you have the option to continue pickpocketing in up to two more areas, each of which will give a better reward.
Once you are done with the pickpocketing, head back to Kari in Thieves Den. She will reward you according to the amount of zones completed.
Notes[edit]
- The zones vary, but are always within the same alliance territory and the order always follows the zone difficulty, starting from the easiest.
- For example: Grahtwood -> Greenshade -> Malabal Tor; or Auridon -> Grahtwood -> Greenshade.
- The map will show circles on the major cities and towns within the zone, but these are only a suggestion. Any pockets you can pick anywhere within the zone will qualify. It may in fact be easier to find solitary NPCs who you can pickpocket without fear of guards if you stay away from the settled areas.
- Another option is to pick settlements which are occupied by hostile forces, such as Crosswych or Velyn Harbor, before you liberate them via their settlement quests. They will have the perfect mixture of justice NPCs who can be pickpocketed, with no interference from pesky guards.

I swiped goods from a number of entertainers to teach them a lesson about badmouthing the guild. Kari will want to hear about my success.

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
