Vosh Rakh Illusionists are Orcs mages of the Vosh Rakh encountered during the gauntlet in the Chambers of Loyalty.

They have a unique ability where they channel a frost wind spell that they launch forward, dealing low frost damage but knocking you far backwards and slowing you down, with a likely chance of throwing you down to the bottom section of the area. They can be interrupted during the channeling and the windstorm itself can be blocked to negate the knockback, but not dodged however.
