• If you enchant armor item twice with Fortify Shouts by console(example for Cuffed Boots: playerenchantobject 000cee78 0008850d 0008850d) and put it on, you will be able to use Shouts without cooldown them. It's especially useful with Whirlwind Sprint, it allows you to run with insane speed.

Restoration potion glitch

This effect IS subject to the restoration potion glitch. It does not recalculate the "time between shouts" stat, unlike how most other stats are recalculated for display. It still works, however. 99.111.84.234 06:21, 7 January 2012 (UTC)

Disenchanting able?

Stacking

• A bit late, but yes. Also, for shouts with particularly long durations, you can just put the amulet on, shout, and remove it if you want. The cooldown will still be reduced.--186.206.135.98 23:17, 22 March 2013 (GMT)

Another Amulet?

I thought I found another amulet with this trait (20% same as Amulet of Talos), plus 'something else' (It vaguely seems like 50% increased magicka recovery) in Solstheim.

I've been going slightly insane trying to find it or any reference to it. It is of course possible it was added in a Mod, but I have never added one that advertised such an item - if anyone is aware of something like this, from a mod or otherwise, me and my therapist would appreciate your feedback.— Unsigned comment by Jonnan001 (talk • contribs) at 04:01 on 7 January 2015‎

It's almost certainly a mod, unless it's one of the Amulet of Talos variants listed on this page. Mods tend to slip in minor details or cause other issues that users are unaware of that can be attributed to mods simply because these items/issues/etc. don't exist in the vanilla game. What's the name of the amulet you're speaking of? Maybe you could try a Google search and see if you can find anything? •WoahBro^►talk 04:18, 7 January 2015 (GMT)
