Alomon Juspethe

Alomon Juspethe is a Breton Thief found drinking in Cirifae's Tradehouse in Teyn. He enjoys a wager or two, and during Vodunius Nuccius will strip that titular character of all the money he has in a game of dice. Alomon will permit you to try and win the money back, or else ask you to do him a favor - ply the guards at the Customs and Contraband Warehouse with strong drinks, with his regards. Alomon also seems influential with the jailer of Fort Ancylis, and can persuade him to both imprison and release Rowdy Rilmas, following Rilmas' assault on Alomon.

If pressed on his retirement when you are a member of the Thieves Guild, Alomon proves more inclined to elaborate on his past:

"Retired from the Guild, of course. Back in the day I was quite the masterthief. Wanted by the Legion, revered by the young Guild members. But then I got old and decided it was time for me to retire. I still consult the youngsters whenever they need my help, but my days of cat-burglaring are long gone."

With this, and the information you receive during the Andothren Thieves Guild questline, it seems likely that Alomon was once 'Arnie the Scrib', a Thieves Guild figurehead who struck a truce with the Camonna Tong after the latter drove the guild from Andothren in a violent attack.
