The mabrigash, Ashvubabi Bishmalkit

Ashvubabi Bishmalkit is a Dark Elf mabrigash. She can be found with her two slaves in the ruins beneath Khirakai, east-northeast of Arvud. Ashvubabi is (by her own admission) fond of curses, and has placed one on Arvud's alchemist, Atriban Deras. She can be persuaded to lift the curse if you endure one yourself, convinced by other means, or killed.

She is also one of the targets which you may choose to kill during the events of the Tribunal Temple quest, Armun Ashlands Avenger.
