Gavat Redam

Gavat Redam is a Dark Elf commoner and Hireling of House Telvanni who can be found in his house that he shares with his wife, Dralsea Redam, in Gah Sadrith. The couple are known for being gossipy, and they can tell you a bit more about Fernil Yantus' strange behavior than others in town would be able to.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants, shoes, belt, ring, and amulet. He also wears a Life Ring. He wields a steel dagger, and carries a leveled Restoration potion.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

In his house on the first floor, there is an open crate with an apprentice's retort and a variety of alchemy ingredients, including an emerald under some muck. On the second floor, there is a Scroll of The First Barrier on the floor near the hammock.

Dialogue[edit]

  • Fernil Yantus:
"Don't listen to Yugil Nethri's ramblings. He says Fernil Yantus never uses his services, but I swear I have seen him in Port Telvannis a couple of times. He pretended he didn't see me and then vanished, but I know it was him. How else would he get there if not by Yugil Nethri's riverstrider?"
  • Gah Sadrith:
"It's not too bad a place to live. However, we do get rather more than our share of outlanders wandering through. Just because Mistress Eldale allows a few n'wahs to set up shop here, they think they own the place."
  • latest rumors:
"Fernil Yantus is an old coward! His wife controls his life competely."
  • little secret:
"I have seen Fernil Yantus sneak out in the night, along the shore, many times. I don't know what he's up to, but I ask myself. "Do I want to know?""
