Lancen Pariclopetus, priest of the Imperial Cult in Old Ebonheart

Lancen Pariclopetus is an Imperial priest who can be found in the undercroft of the Grand Chapel of Talos in Old Ebonheart. Said undercroft can be accessed by entering the grand chapel, and then descending to the bottom of the towers.
