Nagheen, a clerk turned ratcatcher

Nagheen is an Argonian commoner and former 'best clerk' of the Imperial Census Office. He is pursuing a life as a ratcatcher in the eastern sewers, and catching up with him forms part of the quest, Resigned to Fate. He has, to put it mildly, a dim view of his former workplace:

"A miserable place, if you should ever dare to venture into it. Heed my warning."
