Osyn Redola

Osyn Redola is a Dark Elf priest and Acolyte of the Tribunal Temple who can be found in the west wing of the Tower of Tel Ouada. He sells a variety of spells, including one that will help you levitate around the tower. Additionally, he will help you make your own spells and enchant magic items - for a price.

He wears a common robe and a pair of common shoes. He wields an iron dagger.
