Prince Ji'Morashu-ri

Prince Ji'Morashu-ri is an Ohmes-raht Khajiit prince of Elsweyr and acts as an ambassadorial representative of that province in Morrowind. He can be found in the Elsweyr Mission of the Ebon Tower, in Old Ebonheart. At the time of your arrival, he is grievously concerned by the kidnapping of his brother, S'Khar-ra.

The prince is also the recipient of a package from a mysterious Khajiit sorceror during the events of The Rift.
