Tremelanit is a smuggler's cave north of Vhul.

This small cave is out of the way, with no obvious paths. It can be found by proceeding north of Vhul. You should see a small hillock, with ancient (and inaccessible) ruins upon it. The cave is directly east of this.

Two smugglers occupy this location, with an unfortunate slave kept in a pen halfway through the tunnels. The ringleader, Terenu Uveran holds the key to the slave's bracers. A Scroll of Hellfire and bottles of Skooma can be found in the final chamber.
